Yes. ScreenMate takes a screenshot of the screen; it does not read game memory, inject anything or automate input. Borderless or windowed mode works best. Please check the rules of the game you play regarding third-party tools.
No. One screenshot is taken at the moment you press the key, used to answer that question, and discarded. Nothing is captured while you are not asking.
No. ScreenMate runs on our account. You get 10 free questions, then choose a monthly plan from $4.99 when you need more.
Windows 10 or 11 or macOS 13 or newer, a microphone and an internet connection. The download is about 115 MB on Windows and 140 MB on Mac. The Mac build is signed and notarized by Apple, so it opens with the usual first-run confirmation and nothing more; macOS will ask for microphone, screen recording, accessibility and input monitoring during setup, and the app explains what each one is for. The Windows installer is not code-signed yet, so SmartScreen may show a notice on first run; signing is in progress.
On Mac the download is built for Apple silicon. If you have an Intel Mac, use this link instead.
